Privacy policy

This policy explains what MagicTrain, operated by MYOXI PTY LTD (ACN 703 760 409, New South Wales, Australia), collects and why. It applies to the working beta at magic-training.com. Last updated 2 November 2026.

Your camera and video

Pose estimation runs on your device. Raw video is processed locally and is not uploaded to our servers. What leaves your device are the measurements of a session (body-point positions, joint angles, rep counts, timing and quality flags) and, only if you opt in, still frames of flagged reps for your physiotherapist to review.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, role (patient or physiotherapist), and sign-in tokens.
• Your exercise plan, including an image of the prescription you upload and the text we read from it.
• Session measurements and reports, pain notes you enter, and consultation bookings.
• Basic technical logs needed to keep the service running (errors, request timing). No advertising trackers.

Who sees it

Your physiotherapist sees your plan, session reports and the frames you chose to share. We do not sell personal information and do not share it with third parties except service providers that host the application under contract.

Where it is stored

Data is stored in Australia where the hosting provider offers an Australian region. Delete your account from the profile page and the associated data is removed.

MagicTrain measures and reports movement. It does not diagnose, treat or replace the advice of your physiotherapist or doctor.
